The design, manufacture, installation, modification, maintenance, test, inspection and use management of small trains shall comply with this standard and the provisions of GB 8408-2008.
The design of small trains shall specify the design service life of the whole machine and main components, and the service life of the whole machine shall not be less than 23 000 h.
