Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of pig scalding equipment. This standard applies to pig scalding machines and their matching scalding tanks (including auxiliary equipment) in pig slaughtering and processing production lines, hereinafter referred to as scalding equipment. Other types may refer to this standard for implementation.
