Scope
This part of GB/T 7113 specifies the requirements for braided or knitted E-type glass textile sleeving with a continuous coating of flexible polyvinyl chloride (PVC) or its copolymers or mixtures. Practice has proven that this type of sleeving is suitable for use at temperatures up to 105°C. The internal diameter of this type of sleeving is usually between 0.30 mm and 25.00 mm, and it is available in the following colors: black, white, red, yellow, blue, brown, green, grey, orange, pink, and yellow/green. In addition to the dimensions or colors listed in this part, other dimensions or colors may be customized according to customer requirements. These products, if all properties other than dimensions comply with the requirements listed in Tables 2, 5, and 3 (where applicable), shall be considered as conforming to this part. Materials that meet the requirements of this part have achieved the specified performance levels. However, when selecting materials for a specific application, users should choose based on the actual requirements necessary for that application, and not solely on this part.

GB/T 7113.3-2011 is Part 3 of the flexible insulating sleeving series, specifying requirements for PVC-coated glass textile sleeving. It is suitable for use at temperatures up to 105°C, covering sleeving with internal diameters from 0.30 mm to 25.00 mm in various colors. The standard details dimensional tolerances, breakdown voltage, solder heat resistance, flexibility after heating, low-temperature flexibility, insulation resistance, and flame propagation. Three types (406, 407, 408) correspond to high, medium, and low breakdown voltage grades. Users may select the appropriate type based on application needs, and non-standard sizes or colors can be customized.
