Asparagus harvesting should be carried out when the temperature is low on the day, and after harvesting, it should be protected from sun exposure in the field, and promptly transported to the processing plant, pre-cooled at 10°C, then trimmed and processed.
Asparagus should be clean, free of impurities, and the sensory requirements shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
Safety indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.
Before each batch of products is delivered, a delivery inspection shall be carried out.
