NY/T 5155-2002 is an agricultural industry standard of China for pollution-free food Jinjiang oyster cultivation techniques. It covers key aspects such as environmental conditions, seedling cultivation, adult oyster culture, disease control, and harvest and transport, aiming to standardize the production process and ensure products meet pollution-free food safety requirements. The standard was proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture, under the jurisdiction of the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Aquatic Products, and drafted by the Guangxi Institute of Oceanology, applicable to relevant aquaculture enterprises and farmers.
