This standard is a revision of NY/T 5069-2001, deleting Appendix A and modifying some clauses. It was proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture, managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Aquatic Products, and drafted by the Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute. The main drafters are Huang Zhanghan and Lu Maixin.

本标准是对NY/T 5069-2001的修订，删除了原标准中的附录A，并对部分章条内容进行了修改。标准由农业部提出，全国水产标准化技术委员会归口，起草单位为中国水产科学研究院珠江水产研究所。主要起草人为黄樟翰和卢迈新。
