This standard specifies the type, marking and basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of electric flow control valves for bulk cement equipment (hereinafter referred to as electric flow valves).
The cylindrical valve core of the electric flow valve shall rotate flexibly, and the connection with the housing shall be sealed without material leakage.
The electric actuator drives the cylindrical valve core from zero to maximum opening, then from maximum to zero, with no less than ten opening and closing cycles, and the results shall comply with the requirements of 4.5.
Under an air pressure of 8 kPa in the permeable layer of the electric flow valve, maintain pressure for 5 min, and the results shall comply with the requirements of 4.6.1.
If the sampled product fails to meet any requirement in the key items of Table 2, the product shall be judged as unqualified.
