This standard specifies quality grades, test methods, and inspection rules for spiral classifier products. Only one grade, 'qualified product', is defined, based on comprehensive evaluation including finished product inspection, production process quality checks, and user feedback. Finished product inspection covers overall machine performance, component performance, comprehensive technical requirements, reliability and life, completeness, and safety. Test methods include power, noise, and temperature rise measurements. Inspection rules specify sampling and judgment procedures.
