This standard specifies the quality grades, test methods and inspection rules for single-shaft vibrating screen products for coal.
The quality grade of the product is determined based on the adopted standards, product technical level, finished product inspection, quality inspection during production, and user evaluation opinions, and is divided into two grades: qualified product and first-grade product.
The quality grade indicators of the vibrating screen shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
The finished product inspection items shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.
All inspection items are only allowed to be inspected and evaluated in the sampling; if any item is unqualified, double sampling is not allowed.
