This standard JB/T 53522-1999 specifies the quality grades, test methods, and inspection rules for scraper winch products, applicable for evaluating their quality grades. It classifies products into three grades: qualified, first-class, and premium, based on technical level, finished product inspection, production quality checks, and user feedback. The standard details numerical requirements for finished product inspection items (e.g., overall performance, comprehensive technical requirements, reliability and life, safety and hygiene) and quality inspection for assembly, painting, packaging, and key parts manufacturing during production. The test methods section specifies test conditions, content, and required instruments. This standard replaces JB/T 53522-94, removing the average rope speed indicator from the previous version.
