The quality grade of the product is determined based on the adopted standards, product technical level, finished product inspection, quality inspection during production, and user evaluation opinions, and is divided into three grades: qualified product, first-class product, and superior product.
The pass rate of finished product inspection items, the pass rate of assembly, painting and packaging quality inspection items, the pass rate of key items of main parts, and the pass rate of major items of main parts shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
All inspection items are only allowed to be inspected and evaluated in the sample; if any item is unqualified, double sampling is not allowed.
The quality grade of the entire batch of products is evaluated based on the lowest grade of the actual measurement results.
