Diesel engine products shall be manufactured in accordance with product drawings and technical documents approved through specified procedures.
For diesel engines with rated power of 1 h, 12 h, and continuous power, the fuel consumption rate and oil consumption rate under rated conditions shall not exceed the values specified in Table 1.
The diesel engine shall start smoothly under the ambient temperature and starting time specified in Table 4.
The noise value of the diesel engine at the power indicated on the nameplate shall comply with GB 14097 or relevant industry standards.
