Scope
1.1 Subject content This part of GB/T 27698 specifies the measurement methods for A-weighted sound level, octave band sound pressure level and sound power level of noise from air-cooled heat exchangers. 1.2 Scope of application 1.2.1 This part is applicable to induced-draught air-cooled heat exchangers and forced-draught air-cooled heat exchangers with horizontal tube bundles. The noise measurement methods for sloped-top, wet, dry-wet combined and other types of air-cooled heat exchangers may refer to this part. This part is not applicable to individual noise-generating components (such as impellers, transmission devices and electric motors). 1.2.2 The measurement types specified in this part include two types: a) Factory test: noise measurement of a single bay by the manufacturer before the product leaves the factory; b) Field test: noise measurement of a unit on the site installation.
