Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transport, and storage of paper and board bursting strength testers. This standard applies to bursting strength testers for paper, board, and other low-strength sheet materials (hereinafter referred to as "bursting testers"). Periodic technical status checks during the use of bursting testers should also refer to this standard.
本标准规定了纸与纸板耐破度仪的产品分类、要求、试验方法、检验规则和标志、包装、运输、贮存。本标准适用于纸、纸板及其他低强度片状材料的耐破度仪(以下简称“耐破仪”)。耐破仪使用中的周期技术状态检查亦应参照使用。

The pressure measurement system of the bursting tester consists of a pressure sensor, a secondary instrument system, and a glycerin chamber system; the overall indication accuracy of the pressure measurement system is composed of the errors of each component.
After power-on and preheating, the bursting tester immediately measures the zero drift and calibration value drift; the zero drift within 15 min and the calibration value drift within 30 min shall comply with the provisions of Table 3.
The operation control system of the bursting tester shall accurately follow the specified procedures: startup, sample clamping, testing, sample rupture, peak hold and display, cylinder piston return, reset and auto-stop, pause, and second test, with coordinated, coherent, stable, and reliable actions.
