Scope
This standard specifies the definition, classification and naming, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking and packaging of electric auxiliary thermal sources for domestic solar water heaters (referred to as auxiliary electric heaters). This standard applies to auxiliary electric heaters with a rated voltage of 220V, single-phase rated power not exceeding 3000W, rated pressure not exceeding 1MPa, used for domestic solar water heaters with a storage tank capacity not greater than 0.6m³, heating water to below the boiling point.
