Scope
This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of AD calcium milk. This standard applies to liquid dairy products made from cow's milk (or goat's milk) or reconstituted milk as the main ingredient, with the addition of vitamin A and/or D and/or edible calcium salts and other nutritional fortifiers, processed by pasteurization or sterilization.
