Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for mechanical equipment for aqueous processing of coffee (hereinafter referred to as coffee machinery). This standard applies to the main processing machinery and equipment such as pulpers and demucilaging and washing machines that process fresh coffee cherries into coffee beans using the wet processing method.
