This part specifies the general principles for operation management, maintenance, and safety operation of biogas engineering, as well as the specific requirements for operation management, maintenance, and safety operation of each building (structure) and instrument equipment. This part applies to completed biogas engineering, and does not apply to rural household biogas digesters.
