Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of photosynthetic bacteria inoculant. This standard applies to live bacterial products of photosynthetic bacteria, using one or more species of photosynthetic bacteria belonging to Purple nonsulfur Bacteria as the bacterial strain, and produced by fermentation culture using organic and inorganic raw materials.

This standard applies to live bacterial products of photosynthetic bacteria, using one or more species of photosynthetic bacteria belonging to Purple nonsulfur Bacteria as the bacterial strain, and produced by fermentation culture using organic and inorganic raw materials.
The bacterial strains used in the production of photosynthetic bacteria inoculant must be identified by a national-level scientific research unit recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, including complete information such as the genus and species scientific name, morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics and identification basis, activity, and safety, to eliminate all plant quarantine objects and infectious disease pathogens as products produced from bacterial strains.
