Scope
This standard specifies the principles and methods for evaluating the quality grade of varieties of various fastener products manufactured according to national standards and industry standards. It may also be used as a reference when evaluating the quality grade of fastener products manufactured according to other standards. This standard is applicable to the quality grade evaluation of fastener product varieties. The principle of using this standard is to always draw five specifications for the product variety being evaluated (which may be five specifications with different diameters, or five specifications with the same diameter but different lengths, or five identical specifications from different batches), with a sample size of 80 pieces per specification. Among the five specifications, if any specification is judged as nonconforming due to mechanical properties, the variety is directly judged as nonconforming without scoring and grading; if judged as nonconforming due to non-mechanical properties, it may still participate in scoring and grading.
本标准规定了按国家标准及行业标准生产的各类紧固件产品进行品种质量等级评定的原则和方法。按其他标准生产的紧固件产品进行品种质量等级评定时亦可参照使用。本标准适用于对紧固件产品品种进行质量等级评定。使用本标准的原则是对评定的产品品种一律抽取五个规格（可以是直径不同的五个规格或直径相同而长度不同的五个规格，也可以是不同批的五个相同规格），每个规格的样本为80 件。在五个规格中，若任一规格因机械性能判为不合格品时，则该品种直接判为不合格品，不进行算分评等；若因非机械性能判为不合格品，仍可参加算分评等。
