This standard specifies quality grade assessment and requirements for permanent magnetic chuck products, applicable to batch production. It defines three quality grades: qualified, first-grade, and superior. Each grade has specific requirements for geometric accuracy, magnetic force uniformity, sealing, appearance, paint gloss, and main part processing pass rate. The superior grade demands the highest performance, such as 90% of accuracy items having 30% reserve, magnetic force non-uniformity not exceeding 40 N/cm², and processing pass rate not less than 95%. The standard also addresses user feedback and after-sales service.

本标准规定了永磁吸盘产品的质量等级评定和要求，适用于批量生产的吸盘。标准将产品质量分为合格品、一等品和优等品三个等级，每个等级对几何精度、吸力均匀性、密封性、外观质量、涂漆光泽度、主要零件加工合格率等均有具体指标。优等品要求最高，如90%的精度项目有30%储备量、吸力不均匀性不大于40 N/cm²、加工合格率不低于95%。标准还涉及用户反馈和售后服务要求。
