Scope
This standard specifies the product quality grades, test methods, sampling and evaluation methods for tunnel biscuit electric ovens (including hot air circulation and non-hot air circulation). This standard applies to tunnel biscuit electric ovens (hereinafter referred to as electric ovens) as specified in JB/T 4415-1999 "Tunnel Biscuit Electric Oven".

Electric oven products are divided into three grades: qualified product, first-class product, and superior product, based on their quality level and use value.
In addition to complying with JB/T 4415, the quality grade indicators of electric ovens shall also meet the assessment items and indicator requirements specified in Table 1 for each grade.
Select one measurement point at each of the oven head, oven tail, and left and right sides of the oven body, measure with a sound level meter at 1 m from the outer surface of the electric oven and 1.5 m above the ground, and take the average value.
