This standard specifies the product quality grades, test and inspection methods, and sampling and evaluation methods for mine axial flow fans.
Fans shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T 4296, and are divided into three grades: qualified product, first-class product, and premium product based on their quality level.
The pass rate of key items of main fan components shall reach 100%, and the inspection items are: fit dimensions of each bearing part; rotor dynamic balance accuracy grade.
Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the aerodynamic performance test of the fan (including assessment of total pressure efficiency, total pressure, and return air volume, with return air time not exceeding 10 min) shall be conducted in accordance with GB/T 1236.
