Scope
This standard specifies the product quality grades, test and inspection methods, and sampling and evaluation methods for centrifugal induced draft fans for industrial steam boilers. This standard applies to centrifugal induced draft fans for industrial steam boilers with a production capacity of (1~20) t/h (hereinafter referred to as induced draft fans). This standard does not apply to boiler induced draft fans for power stations.

This standard specifies the product quality grades, test and inspection methods, and sampling and evaluation methods for centrifugal induced draft fans for industrial steam boilers.
Induced draft fan products shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T 4357, and are divided into three grades according to their quality level: qualified product, first-class product, and superior product.
The pass rate of key items of main components of the induced draft fan shall reach 100%, and the assessment items are: matching dimensions with rolling bearings; rotor balance quality grade.
The aerodynamic performance test of the induced draft fan shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 1236.
