Scope
This standard specifies the product quality grades, test and inspection methods, and sampling and evaluation methods for power station axial flow fans. This standard applies to axial flow forced draft fans, induced draft fans, and primary air fans for boiler in thermal power stations, and also applies to axial flow desulfurization fans in thermal power stations (hereinafter referred to as fans).

This standard specifies the product quality grades, test and inspection methods, and sampling and evaluation methods for power station axial flow fans.
Fans shall be designed and manufactured in accordance with JB/T 4362, and are divided into three grades: qualified product, first-class product, and superior product based on their quality level.
The product quality grade indicators of fans shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
The aerodynamic performance test of the fan (including the assessment of total pressure efficiency and total pressure deviation) shall be tested in accordance with GB/T 1236, and the highest total pressure efficiency and total pressure deviation grade shall be in accordance with Table 1.
The grade determination of a single fan shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding product quality grading standard. All quality indicators must meet the requirements of the grading standard, and the grade of the product shall be determined by the lowest grade among the items.
