This standard specifies the quality grades, test methods, and sampling and evaluation methods for single-sided corrugated board production lines. This standard applies to single-sided corrugated board production lines (hereinafter referred to as single-sided lines) as specified in JB/T 7548-1994 "Single-sided Corrugated Board Production Line".

Single-sided lines are divided into three grades: qualified product, first-class product, and premium product, based on their quality level and use value.
In addition to complying with JB/T 7548, the assessment items and indicator requirements for each grade of single-sided line product quality shall be in accordance with Table 1 and clause 3.2.
According to the grade requirements specified in 3.2, the grade shall be determined by the actual measured results of all items meeting the requirements, or by the lowest indicator that meets the standard.
This standard replaces JB/T 53227-94 from the date of implementation.
