Scope
This standard specifies the quality grades, quality grade indicators, sampling, quality grade evaluation and test methods for electric pressure testing pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps). This standard applies to electric pressure testing pumps with rated discharge pressure up to 100 MPa, equipped with motor power up to 5.5 kW, and working medium being clean water at temperature 5~6°C, emulsion, or oil with kinematic viscosity not exceeding 45 mm²/s.

This standard specifies the quality grades, quality grade indicators, sampling, quality grade evaluation and test methods for electric pressure testing pumps (hereinafter referred to as pumps).
The comprehensive quality of the pump is divided into three grades: qualified product, first-class product, and excellent product.
Under the premise that the pump complies with the provisions of JB/T 9089 and the drawing requirements, the assessment items, indicators and requirements for each grade shall be in accordance with Table 1.
Only when all quality indicators of the sample meet the specified requirements of a certain grade in this standard can the sample be rated as that grade; otherwise, it shall be rated according to the lowest grade achieved by any one indicator.
