Scope
This standard specifies the quality grades, test methods, sampling and evaluation methods for natural gas separation equipment products. This standard applies to the quality grading of natural gas separation equipment that uses a turboexpander (or a turboexpander with auxiliary refrigeration) cryogenic method to separate and process ethane or liquid hydrocarbon products above ethane from natural gas (including oilfield associated gas, the same below).

Inspect item by item according to this standard, determine the quality grade of each item, and determine the product quality grade based on the lowest item indicator.
This standard replaces JB/T 53157-94 from the date of implementation.
