Scope
This standard specifies the product quality grading, performance test methods, sampling and evaluation methods for pure nitrogen equipment. This standard applies to pure nitrogen equipment with a single-column process, using cryogenic method to separate air to produce nitrogen, where the oxygen content in nitrogen is not greater than 10×10–6 (volume content). This standard does not apply to pure nitrogen equipment for liquid nitrogen products. Note: The nitrogen output in this standard is all under standard conditions, i.e., 0°C, 101.325 kPa (absolute pressure), in m³/h.
