Scope
This standard specifies the quality grades, test methods, sampling methods and evaluation methods for diaphragm compressor products. This standard applies to diaphragm compressors (hereinafter referred to as membrane compressors) as specified in JB/T 6905-1993 "Diaphragm Compressor".

This standard specifies the quality grades, test methods, sampling methods and evaluation methods for diaphragm compressor products.
Diaphragm compressors are divided into three grades: qualified product, first-class product and premium product according to their quality level and use value.
In addition to complying with JB/T 6905, the diaphragm compressor shall meet the requirements of each assessment item and grade index as specified in Table 1 and Table 2.
The diaphragm compressor for sampling inspection shall be a product that has passed appraisal, has batch production conditions, has passed the manufacturer's self-inspection, and is not more than 6 months after completion.
The determination of product quality grade shall meet the technical requirements of all assessment items of that grade; otherwise, the grade shall be determined by the lowest indicator achieved, and missing items cannot be graded.
