Scope
This standard specifies the product quality grades, test methods, sampling methods and evaluation methods for general oil-injected screw air compressors (hereinafter referred to as screw air compressors). This standard applies to general fixed screw air compressors with nominal discharge pressures of 0.7, 1.0, 1.5 MPa and rated motor power of 7.5~900 kW, as well as their modified mobile screw air compressors.

This standard specifies the product quality grades, test methods, sampling methods and evaluation methods for general oil-injected screw air compressors (hereinafter referred to as screw air compressors).
Screw air compressor products are divided into three grades: qualified product, first-class product and superior product according to their quality level and use value.
The specific power grade index of screw air compressors with nominal discharge pressure of 0.7 MPa under specified working conditions shall not exceed the provisions of Table 1.
The grade index of lubricating oil consumption per cubic meter of compressed air for screw air compressors shall not exceed the provisions of Table 4.
The inspection items of the screw air compressor shall be checked item by item, and the lowest quality grade achieved among all inspection items shall be the comprehensive quality grade of the screw air compressor; missing items cannot be graded.
