This standard JB/T 53055-1999 replaces JB/T 53055-92 and applies to reciprocating piston nitrogen-hydrogen compressors for carbonization processes with driving motor power of 630~2500kW and discharge pressure of 15~32MPa. It classifies products into three grades: qualified, first-class, and superior, with assessment items including isothermal efficiency, noise, vibration severity, annual operation rate, and replacement intervals of wearing parts. Test methods reference standards such as GB/T 3853, JB/T 7665, and GB/T 7777. Sampling is conducted from compressors in user operation. Annex A specifies a method for measuring suction volume flow using a bell-type gas holder.
