Scope
This standard specifies the quality grades, inspection rules and evaluation methods for vacuum valves. This standard applies to high vacuum gate valves, high vacuum stop valves, high vacuum butterfly valves, high vacuum solenoid valves, vacuum solenoid gas-filled valves, and low vacuum electromagnetic differential pressure gas-filled valves as specified in JB/T 4077~4080, JB/T 4083 and JB/T 5410 (hereinafter referred to as valves).
