Scope
This standard specifies the grading indicators, test methods, and quality evaluation procedures for the product quality of hand-held micro hydraulic sprayers for intermittent spraying (hereinafter referred to as sprayers). This standard applies to intermittent sprayers for sanitary insecticide, disinfection and sterilization, and other purposes.

The product quality grading of sprayers is divided into qualified products and first-class products according to the technical level and quality of the sprayer.
When the sprayer is filled with test liquid and placed horizontally, there should be no leakage at any connection.
During normal spraying of the sprayer, visually check whether the atomization is uniform and whether there are obvious large droplets in the spray stream or dripping at the nozzle.
Random sampling shall be adopted, and samples shall be randomly taken from products manufactured within the recent six months at the factory or from sales departments; when sampling at the factory, the inventory shall be no less than 1000 units, and this restriction does not apply when sampling at sales departments.
