According to the technical level and quality level of guide-vane mixed-flow pump products, they are divided into qualified products and first-class products.
The flow rate and head at the specified performance point of the guide-vane mixed-flow pump shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 in JB/T 6666.1-1993; the deviation for qualified products shall comply with Grade C in GB/T 3216-1989; the deviation for first-class products shall comply with Grade B in GB/T 3216-1989.
The average working time before first failure of guide-vane mixed-flow pump products: qualified products shall be not less than 1500 h, and first-class products not less than 2500 h.
