This standard specifies the quality grading requirements for bimetal bushes used in construction machinery, including general requirements, grading indicators, test methods, and inspection rules. Bushes are classified into three grades: premium, first, and qualified, based on indicators such as dimensional accuracy, surface roughness, bond strength, hardness, and density. The standard adopts sampling inspection, with nonconformities categorized into four classes (A, B, C, D), each with specified acceptable quality levels (AQL) and judgment rules. It applies to steel-copper based alloy bushes used in track rollers, guide wheels, and other parts of track-type bulldozers, loaders, and excavators.
