Scope
1.1 This standard specifies the main technical indicators, testing items, installation locations, commissioning and testing methods, acceptance methods, routine operation management, routine operation quality assurance, data review, and reporting data format for particulate matter CEMS, gaseous pollutant (including SO2, NOx, etc.) CEMS, and related exhaust parameters (including oxygen content, etc.) continuous monitoring systems (hereinafter referred to as CMS) in continuous emissions monitoring systems (CEMS) for stationary source flue gas. 1.2 This standard applies to flue gas CEMS for stationary sources such as thermal power plant boilers, industrial/domestic boilers, and industrial furnaces using solid or liquid fuels or raw materials. 1.3 Flue gas CEMS for municipal solid waste incinerators, hazardous waste incinerators, and stationary sources using gas as fuel or raw material may refer to this standard.
