Scope
This standard specifies the types, drawing methods and usage requirements of mechanical manufacture orientation support symbols (referred to as orientation symbols), auxiliary support symbols, clamping symbols and common orientation and clamping device symbols (referred to as device symbols) in technical product documentation. This standard is applicable to the mechanical manufacturing industry when designing product parts, component mechanical processing process procedures and compiling process equipment design task books.
