Scope
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, sampling, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of bathroom tissue. This standard is mainly applicable to toilet tissue for daily use, excluding hand towels, kitchen paper and other wiping papers. This standard is also applicable to bathroom tissue base paper sold externally for processing into bathroom tissue.
