Centralized by the China Electrical Equipment Industry Association and drafted by the Guangzhou Electrical Apparatus Research Institute, it was issued and implemented in 2006. As part of the national science and technology basic work project 'Material Standards for Extreme (Special) Environmental Conditions', it provides a terminology foundation to support western China's development and improve the adaptability and reliability of basic equipment in harsh environments.
