Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for participants in electronic transactions of bulk stock spot goods and the business procedures for electronic transactions. This standard applies to electronic transaction activities of bulk stock in the spot field, especially electronic transaction activities carried out by spot wholesale markets, and does not apply to futures trading.
